Frank Madden

Frank Madden, boasting over four decades of experience, is widely recognized as one of the United States' most accomplished and dedicated trainers in the realm of young and developing equestrian talent. His illustrious track record includes coaching numerous highly promising junior equitation and junior amateur jumper riders, individuals poised to potentially represent the United States on the global stage of international competition.

Frank’s enthusiasm is palpable as he becomes an integral part of the Colts Neck community and the vibrant tapestry of Synergy Stables. He views this extraordinary facility and its exceptional location as the core ingredients for achieving tremendous success. With great anticipation, he looks forward to the wealth of experiences and opportunities that lie ahead.

Jennifer Madden

Jen Madden's equestrian career began at Pine Hollow Stable, New York, evolving from rider and assistant trainer roles across notable stables, including Hunter's Crossing and Beacon Hill Show Stable, New Jersey, where she supported competitors in major championships. Transitioning with Frank Madden to Hunter's Moon Farm, and then to private training at Oceanaire Farm, her efforts led to victories at prestigious events like the North American Junior and Young Riders Championships. Later, at Bright Side Farm and Old Salem Farm, she continued to build her reputation. Since 2017, Jen and Frank Madden have led Capital Hill Show Stables in Florida to numerous successes in top equitation championships. Jen is also a certified graduate of the USHJA Trainer Certification Program.

Erika Koscinski

Ericka Koscinski began riding at her family-owned Salt River Farm. From a young age, Ericka proved successful in the hunter ring. When the opportunity presented itself, she took a working student position with Jim Toon to expand her knowledge in the jumper and equitation ring. After a successful junior career, Ericka secured herself a position on the Auburn Equestrian Team, where she helped lead them to two National Championships, three South Eastern Conference Championships, and two consecutive undefeated regular seasons. After her successful career at Auburn, Ericka decided to continue her equestrian career by joining Capital Hill Show Stables.

Nicole DelGiorno

Nicole is a USDF Bronze, Silver and Gold medalist, “L” Graduate with Distinction, four-time North American Youth Championships (NAYC) medalist, and board member of The Dressage Foundation, Dressage4Kids and Dressage at Devon. Her passion for horses began at an early age, and her commitment to their proper care and handling was fostered by the United States Pony Club. Today, she specializes in developing youth riders to the elite levels of the sport. Her students include USDF Bronze and Silver Medalists, USEF Dressage Program Clinic participants, as well as Festival of Champions competitors and NAYC medalists.

Nicole is thrilled to see her life-long dream of a boutique, youth-only dressage training program come to fruition at Synergy Stables. The Dressage Academy at Synergy Stables will welcome budding horsem*n under the age of 25, who want to pursue competitive dressage at the highest levels.

Quinn Ridgway

Quinn is a USDF Bronze and Silver medalist, North American Youth Championships (NAYC) bronze medalist, Festival of Champions competitor, and second-generation horsewoman who has managed her family’s equine boarding facility in Burlington County for the past several years. Throughout her young rider career, Quinn has earned top placings at Festival of Champions and NAYC. In the winter of 2024, she spent the season training in Wellington with Oded Shimoni having received the prestigious Dressage4Kids Christian Kennedy Scholarship. Quinn has worked with Nicole DelGiorno since 2018 and is excited to bring up the next generation of youth dressage athletes at The Dressage Academy at Synergy Stables.

Michael Fazio

Michael Fazio, the visionary owner of Synergy Stables, is the driving force behind the realization of this premier equestrian facility in the Colts Neck area. With a passion for excellence and a deep appreciation for the equestrian world, Michael's vision extends beyond creating a world-class horse farm.

Katie King

Katie, an accomplished general manager at Synergy Stables, brings a wealth of experience and a profound love for horses to her role. She oversees all the day-to-day operations at the stable, and with a hands-on approach and a commitment to excellence, she ensures the well-being and top performance of the stable's prized horses.
