@OriginBroadband Disappointing broadband performance for a while now (months). Chat/Called a couple of times to try and fix the problems.I’ve currently been sat on chat with Tech Support since 09:01 with no resolve and limited responses. I’ve had one response in 45 minutes.

Nothing but problems since joining @OriginBroadband looks like so has everybody else from what I see on Twitter and reviews. I’ve had “ DOUBLE - NAT “ since joining your company. Which isn’t suitable for online gaming. Which is all I use it for. Needs fixing. Support is terrible.

@OriginBroadband @OriginBroadban1 I don't know why it drops in and out so much. It's at its worst with the BBC iPlayer for some reason.

@OriginBroadband No broadband currently in CM23 3NQ. Service in recent months becoming increasingly unreliable. Time for a change I think.

@OriginBroadband So I've been ATTEMPTING to contact yourselves for about 3/4 days in a row now and still, nothing.I've had nothing but connection issues since after the first month and every time I've raised these complaints to yourselves I've been taken through the same steps

@TrickerTheDon @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband before they almost went bust in 2018 they were running a call centre with no more than 20 customer service agents at any one time and 1 sometimes 2 tech guys, they slashed the workforce by half to cut costs. So how many people do you think they have answering the phones now ? ?

@trustpilot just signed up with @OriginBroadband they sent a broken router and cannot tell me if a new box can be sent before the go live date. Its the first time I have used them very disappointed
