I purchased my 2020 Toyota Highlander XLE at Bartow Ford in Florida. I needed to have a second set of keys and went to Lakeland Toyota to have them made. I must say, the professionalism from the time I drove into the service department until to the time I left, to say the least I was beyond impressed! The staff was very pleasant and the waiting area was very nice. My wife and I stopped in Tuesday 5/1/24 to have a recall on the SUV. We were in and out of there within two hours. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership!!!
