what other cheese could i use besides parmesan?
If you are not a parmesan lover, don’t stress. There are a lot of people in my family who also disapprove.
Parmesan can be easily replaced by any cheese you prefer. We recommend however, not adding any cheese until the end, unless you are using parmesan.
Parmesan cooks a little differently, and can take the heat a little better than most cheese. Here is what we recommend:
-Mozzarella
-Pepper Jack
-Cheddar Cheese
-Provolone
-Swiss
You really could use any of your favorites, but we have tried what is listed above and it was delicious.

Happy New Year, ladies!!! Always looking for new ways to make side dishes. I tend to focus on the main course too often and the sides are left behind. Will have to change that in 2015!
